These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aiorkesta platform at www.aiorkesta.com (the "Service") operated by Aiorkesta ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

2. Use of the Service

Aiorkesta provides an AI agent orchestration platform that allows you to create agents, build automation pipelines, and connect third-party services. You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute malicious content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, agents, or data.
• Not use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party service (Gmail, Telegram, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload, including documents, agent configurations, and pipeline definitions.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., indexing documents for AI retrieval, executing pipelines).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you provide.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect external accounts (Gmail, Telegram, GitHub, LinkedIn, X, etc.). When you connect a third-party service:

• You authorize us to access that service on your behalf as configured in your pipelines.
• You are responsible for complying with that service's terms of use.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party services or changes to their APIs.
• You can disconnect any third-party service at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses AI models to generate responses, summaries, and other content.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

6. API Keys and Credentials

• You are responsible for the security of any API keys or credentials you provide to the Service.
• We encrypt all credentials at rest, but you should use keys with the minimum required permissions.
• You are responsible for any costs incurred through third-party APIs (e.g., AI model usage, email sending) as a result of your pipeline configurations.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents, automated pipelines, or connected third-party services on your behalf.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
